The names are used in a confused manner.Many cant distinguish between these two.Now what is Contemporary?... Contemporary design style has a vague definition. The meaning represents the style of past during 1950's or the style of present trends of architecture.Contemporary goes well with the design style prevailed after 1950's. Hence its vague.
Modern style of design emerged quite after a while the existence of contemporary and has been significant till now.We call a style MODERN by the following features identified in their design.
